This device has a snap for attachment at each end of a ball bearing swivel. Each snap needs to be fitted with a silencer/tether to prevent noise. It is recommended that the swivel be lubricated with a drop of light oil. These devices are necessary for the joining of two wings in a vertical or horizontal position. Sold in a pack of 4 each.
