These wings are especially designed to spin in ALL wind conditions. They have attachment holes on each end so that two wings can be attached with a double snap/swivel device. The contrasting colors create a “Strobe Light effect” that simulates the wing beat of landing birds as they spin in the wind and can be seen at great distances. Sold per pair.
